Integra engine shuts off when hot?

My 95 Integra GSR has an occasional shut-off problem. When the car warms up there is a buzzing sound coming from somewhere. If you touch the fuel filter it feels like its vibrating. If its hot out the car will sometimes shutdown when running and will eventually restart in 10-30 minutes. It shuts right off-no sputtering. I've changed the pump relay and ignitor previously . Won't do this when cold. Ideas? thnx
