Something is wrong with my phone!!!!!!help me!!!!!?

So my phone keeps shutting down and turning back on(for two hours non stop already). It wont shutdown completely unless I take out the battery. In the seconds that it is on it says "system error. Please wait for phone to recover". It has already been two hours and it's still not working. Any ideas on whats happening? Thanks.
