I just got rid of security shield virus and my google links wont work..help?

im on a sony vaio win XP laptop and i just annihilated like 60 trojans with a combination of avast and malwarebytes-anti-malware my google links screw up like 50% of the time and some hackers are trying to access me with their sites/IP's but my antivirus stuff is IP blocking them..any help on this matter? i need some good help with this..thanks
