Is Emily Elizabeth Dickinson from Clifford the Big Red Dog the same voice for Riley Daring on The replacements?

Cause I watched the replacements yesterday... then a couple hours later watched Clifford... I realized they have identical voices!! i cannot find anything on google.. so are they the same voices?? please tell me.. cause riley daring and emily elizabeth are my fav cartoon caracters
