What is "The Dare" from thirteenhorror.com about?

Ok so I went on this website called thirteenhorror.com and there's something called the dare on there. It's this story that gives u instructions and something scary's supposed to happen but u need a frend to do it with you and all my frends are too scared too try it with me so then what the hell is it about? Hahah pleez help me out:)
